Overview
The Login page at app.saleshive.com/login is where clients and SalesHive employees sign in. If you have signed in before and open a CRM or Platform link while logged out, you land here instead of the read-only prospect demo. The page remembers whether you last signed in as a client or an employee and opens the matching tab automatically. After sign-in, a callbackUrl in the link still sends you to that CRM or Platform page. Otherwise clients open their personal assistant on Platform Client Agents, executives and admins open CRM Agents Chat, and other employees land on the page that matches their role (often CRUSH or Platform Client Agents). When you land on an agents chat page, a welcome catch-up may pre-fill the composer once per login.
How to use this page
- 1Open the login page
Go to app.saleshive.com/login directly, or follow a link from email or the marketing site. If you were browsing CRM or Platform while logged out and the app recognizes your browser from a prior real login, you are redirected here automatically.
- 2Choose Clients or Employees
Use the toggle at the top of the card. If you have signed in on this browser before, the correct tab is already selected: Clients for email and password, Employees for Google sign-in. Switch tabs manually if you need the other login method.
- 3Sign in as a client
Stay on the Clients tab, enter your email and password, and tap Sign In. Unless a callbackUrl in the link sends you somewhere else first, you land on Platform Client Agents with your personal assistant open. On first login after sign-in, the composer may show a one-time welcome catch-up question you can send or edit.
- 4Sign in as an employee
Switch to the Employees tab (or land there automatically if you last signed in as an employee) and choose Sign in with Google using your @saleshive.com account. Executives and admins land on CRM Agents Chat with an optional welcome catch-up in the composer. Other teammates land on the page that matches their role (for example CRUSH or Platform Client Agents). Training SDR accounts use the email and password fields at the bottom of the Employees tab.
- 5Reset a client password
On the Clients tab, tap Having trouble logging in? Reset your password, enter your email, and tap Send Reset Link. Check your inbox for the reset message.

Common questions
Why am I seeing Login instead of the product demo?
If you have signed in to SalesHive before on this browser, the app remembers you and asks you to sign in normally instead of dropping you into the read-only prospect demo. First-time visitors still get the demo automatically.
Why is one tab already selected when I open Login?
After a real sign-in (not the demo), SalesHive remembers whether you are a client or an employee on this browser. Returning clients see the Clients tab with the password form. Returning employees see the Employees tab with Google sign-in, so you are not stuck on the wrong login method.
Will I return to the page I was trying to open?
Yes, when the login URL includes a callbackUrl pointing to a CRM or Platform path. After you sign in, you are sent back to that page. If there is no callbackUrl, clients go to Platform Client Agents, executives and admins go to CRM Agents Chat, and other employees go to their role default (often CRUSH or Platform Client Agents).
What is the welcome message in the composer after login?
On your first visit to an agents chat page after sign-in, SalesHive may pre-fill the composer with a catch-up question (for example, what happened since your last login). You can send it as-is, edit it, or clear it. It appears once per login and clears from the URL after you use the page.
Which tab should I use?
Clients use the Clients tab with the email and password from your SalesHive onboarding. SalesHive team members use the Employees tab and Sign in with Google with a @saleshive.com address. The page pre-selects the tab that matches your last login when it can.
I forgot my client password. What do I do?
On the Clients tab, tap Having trouble logging in? Reset your password, submit your email, and follow the link in the reset email. Contact your SalesHive strategist if you still cannot get in.
